1. Introduction

PepForge is an AI-powered peptide intelligence and research platform. We provide evidence-based research summaries, protocol guidance, dosing tools, and an AI research assistant to help informed self-researchers and practitioners explore the science of peptides and biohacking.

By accessing or using PepForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account & Access

Access to PepForge requires a valid Google account used via OAuth sign-in. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your credentials or allow others to access your account.

New accounts receive 10 free credits upon signup - no credit card required. Free-tier features including the peptide database and dosing calculator remain available without credits.

3. Credits & Billing

• The Pro plan costs $10/month and includes 200 credits per billing period
• Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over
• Free features (peptide database, reconstitution calculator) are always available regardless of credit balance
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
• Payments are processed by Stripe; billing disputes must be raised within 30 days

4. Research Data & Medical Disclaimers

PepForge provides research information only - not medical advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or prescription. All content is intended for educational and informational purposes.

• PepForge is vendor-agnostic and does not sell, source, or recommend specific peptide suppliers
• Evidence grades on compound pages reflect the quality of published research - they are not endorsements or guarantees of safety or efficacy
• Research in this field evolves rapidly; information on the platform may not reflect the most current published findings
• Individual responses to any compound vary significantly; no general protocol is appropriate for all people

5. Intellectual Property

The PepForge peptide database, evidence summaries, and platform interface are curated and owned by PepForge. AI-generated research summaries and protocol recommendations are provided for your personal, non-commercial research use.

You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially distribute PepForge database content without written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use PepForge as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Commercially redistribute or resell any portion of the peptide database or AI-generated content
• Use automated scraping, bots, or crawlers to extract database content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI research system or circumvent usage limits
• Share your account with others or use the service on behalf of third parties commercially

7. Limitation of Liability

PepForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of research content.

PepForge and its operators are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the platform, including any adverse health outcomes. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk. In no event shall PepForge be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of PepForge after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
